Recycled Pallets

After pallets come into our facilities they get passed through our repair stations. There, they are inspected for any broken boards or runners and repaired accordingly. After that, they are sorted into different groups of pallets according to the type of repair that has been completed.

New Pallets

We offer new pallets built from recycled materials and new pallets built from freshly cut materials that have been produced at our own saw mill to ensure a quality product at a price that is as cost effective as possible for our customers.

Recycled Materials

Greenwood Pallet was originally created to recycle pallets and provide work for people who needed a company to work alongside of them as they worked to find a better path in life. Here are ways that we recycle in our company.

Materials

We Manage pallets from the beginning to the end of their life cycle, from cutting new lumber to repairing & refurbishing used pallets. Materials that are ready to be recycled are then delivered to our Dover facilities and made into mulch product.

Mulch and Topsoil

Product that is made with recycled pallet wood goes through a process that includes pulling out any metal fragments and grinding through multiple machines in order to produce Black and Brown dyed mulch and our Natural, un-dyed mulch.

Brush

Other operations of our Dover facilities includes the in-take of brush, branches, leaves, tree stumps and chip. Through this recycling process, we are able to also produce a quality topsoil and garden mulch product.
